The customers of B2B wholesale firm shall include only companies (business entities) that are currently conducting business activity and will properly register by filling out registration and order forms.

1. The products are divided into different categories in which there are subcategories, thanks to which the offer is grouped thematically making it easier to find relevant products. Additionally, you can use the "Search Box" option.

2. The product that you are interested in has pictures that can be freely viewed by clicking on the picture or the thumbnail below it. It also has a brief technical "Details". We make every effort to include information about the length of the warranty period as well as the manual.

3. If you like a product and you are ready to buy it, just click on the "In Cart" option, then the selected product will be added to your shopping list.

4. The shopping list or "Shopping Cart" is displayed immediately after you add the product to the basket, or by clicking on the "Show".

5. Viewing the content of the basket is done using the "Edit" option, which gives the possibility to decide on the quantity of ordered goods and to remove the previously selected items. In the "Qty." section, you can decrease / increase the quantity of goods, while the "Remove" button throws out unwanted content from your basket.

6. To continue shopping just click on the "Back" button, or just skip ahead to the next category which you are interested in.

7. If you like anything else, just click the "In Cart" button again and determine the quantity of goods ordered.

8. When you are sure that everything you need is already in your shopping basket, click the "Order" or "Checkout" buttons and fill in all necessary data to make the order.

9. Customers who have already been entered into our database can log in the store giving only an e-mail address (login) and password, and new customers are required to open an account and fill out the registration form, and accept the Regulation of our service.

10. After logging in/registering on the site, you must complete the process of ordering by going through relevant stages including order confirmation.

11. Each order is confirmed by an automatic email, which informs the user what kind of purchases he made in our shop, and includes a link to the account details and orders made.
